7 Tasks Dems Can Do Right Now For Major Change

Many Americans are up in arms over the total about-face and hypocrisy of the GOP party. Lead by Moscow Mitch and Looney Lindsey, the plan to ram through demented dictator Donny’s forthcoming pick to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s seat on the Supreme Court.

Hours after Ginsberg’s passing, social media exploded with helpless posts from the liberals as though they’re giving up. This is what gets me so frustrated. Each and every time Repugs do something outrageous; Dems complain, shout empty threats and move on. We can no longer tolerate this continual lying, bullying and hypocrisy. It’s time for Dems to grow a pair and make it perfectly clear there’s a new sheriff in town and we’re not going to take this shit anymore.

I put together a list of seven tasks you do can right now. Tasks that WILL make a difference if a lot of us do them. If you feel helpless, it’s time for you to take action. If you feel that there’s nothing you can do, check out this list. I did all the legwork for you. You can do all these tasks in less than 20 minutes. I want to end this article with the topic of karma. Taking actions and being pro-active is a huge part of karma. Karma works by the energy that is created. The more energy the more it works.

Jennifer Gray, certified professional life coach states there are 12 laws of karma. Fulfilling life can happen if you live in accordance with the 12 laws of karma. Below, I picked out laws 1, 5, 10 and 11 that are related to the problems we are experiencing with Trump/McConnell’s America.

  1. The great law
Also known as the law of cause and effect, the great law is what comes to mind for many people when consider what karma means. It states that whatever thoughts or energy we put out, we get back—good or bad. “It’s like sowing and reaping,” says Jennifer Gray, certified professional life coach. “If you plant love and kindness, you shall get that in return.”

5. The law of responsibility
The law of responsibility is about taking ownership for everything that happens in our lives, including the not-so-good stuff. “We are responsible for how we choose to live our lives—not anyone else,” Gray says. “We are responsible for how we show up in the world, how we allow others to treat us, and how we treat other people.” In order to put this law into action, take responsibility for the part you play in every situation you have.

10. The law of change
If you’ve found yourself experiencing the same situation over and over again (maybe you’re attracting the same type of undesirable partner, for example), that is the law of change in action. It’s the universe’s way of nudging you to learn a lesson.

The pattern, Gray says, will continue to repeat itself until you learn from the experience and do something differently in order to evolve into a better version of yourself and stop the vicious cycle. The problem is that so many people are thinking too much and not feeling enough. “To change the pattern and the problem, we must be able to connect thoughts and feelings and then proceed to adjust and make changes accordingly,” she says.

11. The Law of Patience and Reward
This karmic law essentially translates to “hard work pays off.” Consistent work, that is. It’s about showing up and doing the work and not giving up on your big goals, even when you don’t see any progress made toward them quite yet. So, Gray recommends living in accordance with this karmic law by knowing that achieving great things requires time and persistence, not giving up, celebrating yourself, and savoring every little milestone you achieve along your journey.

So in a nutshell, Keep the energy coming and let Karma do its thing. That also applies to the monsters of the GOP. All the garbage they’ve been doing for the past 4 years has been producing a very negative energy that will create a Karma they truly deserve.
